Advanced Therapy Clinic is hiring! We are looking for a passionate full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. In the same way that you are committed to quality work, we are equally as dedicated to helping you grow and succeed with us.. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication skills. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing direct services to clients, and providing feedback to families and other team members. About Advanced Therapy Clinic
Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ST, OT, PT, ABA and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring OT and our other therapies to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- Flexibility and fluid with managing a caseload.
- Conducting assessments of clients and developing and following treatment plans.
- Assessing home and school environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed.
- Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities.
- Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care.
- Evaluating results and progress of occupational therapy on clients.
- Maintaining professional knowledge and the technical progress in order to provide clients and families with the best treatment program available.

Job Types: Part time/Full-time
Pay: $80,000-95,000 based on hours and experience

Education and Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from a university certified by the ACOTE (Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education) or AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association).
- Certified by the National Board for Certification.
- Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Possess up to date knowledge of treatment practices and occupational therapy programs.
