Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and people-oriented Recruitment & Case Management Coordinator to support both our hiring processes and our client care operations. This dual-role position plays a vital part in growing our team and ensuring clear, compassionate communication with the families we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
Post job openings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
Communicate with potential candidates and manage onboarding documentation
Maintain up-to-date hiring records and assist with credential tracking
Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and schedule interviews
Case Management & Family Support:Serve as a primary point of contact for patient families regarding scheduling, paperwork, and general questions
Manage patient intake, including initial communication, scheduling evaluations, and verifying service needs
Coordinate provider schedules to ensure appropriate staff coverage for client sessions
Communicate changes in schedules, absences, or updates to families and staff in a timely and professional manner
Maintain organized records and case documentation in line with company protocols and HIPAA standards
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with using scheduling software, email, and electronic record systems
A compassionate, professional approach when interacting with families and staff
