Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic, highly detailed orientated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Case Manager. The Case Manager will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our clinic, responsible for hiring, managing, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Manage the hiring process, including recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new staff members.
• Coordinate schedules for therapists and clients, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate communication and coordination of care.
• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families, addressing questions, concerns, and resource needs as appropriate.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in case management, healthcare administration, managing a team or a related service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
